Digital T1 Service – Typically 12-24 Voice Channels on a Single T1 circuit. Multiple Trunk groups available with some carriers. Ideal if your phone system can accommodate and you have more than 24 stations, but don’t want to pay full price for additional stations. Individual numbers can be converted into DIDs at a fraction of the cost of per line charge.
PRI T1 Service- 12-23 Voice Channels on a Single T1 circuit. NI1 & NI 2 available. Same advantages and benefits as a Digital T1, but you also can get Caller ID and slightly faster call connection and completion with your Phone System or Dialer.
Integrated T1 Service- Available on traditional (TDM) circuits or VOIP circuits with Dynamic Internet bandwidth. Dynamic bandwidth is allocated to give you extra upload & download speeds for every phone user that is not currently using the T1. Full suite of custom calling features such as Caller ID, Call Forwarding, 3-Way Calling, Call Waiting, Remote Call Forwarding. In most cases a bundle of included Long-Distance minutes come with the package from most carriers.
Bonded T1 Service- Bonded T1 Service enables your company to utilize 2 or more T1s and gain efficiencies within your office. These can be provisioned as Local only or Integrated Local/Internet T1s.
Voip T1 Services- Whether you want to utilize your existing telephone system, upgrade to a new system or completely eliminate your telephone system in favor of an off-premise (Hosted & Managed) telephone system you have options now of the benefits of VOIP commercial service such as having total control of your changes to your numbers, features, groups, Unified Messaging, Desktop Faxing and many other time-saving advantages. Many more minutes of Long-Distance included than other services with some carriers offering UNLIMITED domestic minutes.
DS3, OCx Service- DS3 gives you up to a total of 28 T1s all on 1 Circuit and if you are looking for an even higher amount of capacity then you should consider OCx service, OC3, OC12, OC48.
Disaster Recovery Diversity- available from some carriers for multiple T1s utilizing multiple ingress paths into your building.
Disaster Recovery Services- available from some carriers to redirect your circuit traffic to alternate destinations in case of disasters.
Web Portals for Circuit Utilization Reports, Analyzation and Trunk Group changes.
